A broken arm!

September 2nd, 2008

When I was playing on the swings yesterday, I slipped off and broke my arm so badly it was all wonky (the doctors called it a banana-arm). Mum phoned an ambulance and they took me in to the new hospital where they put me to sleep and put all the bones back into place before they wrapped it in hard white plaster. Here are some photos of me before and after I got the cast, as well as one that shows my little brother in love with the small telly they let me use. Click on them to see bigger copies.

My first game!

December 19th, 2007

Yesterday I made my first ever computer game! Dad helped me to use Scratch to make “Keymonster”. You have to move the brown poomonster around using the cursor keys and pick up the golden keys before you get caught by the evil stranglemonster. Click on the picture below to go to the Scratch site and play it.

Joe’s jedi party

September 15th, 2007

It was Joe Hemstedt’s birthday party today and we all had a great time dressing as padawans and then Joe’s jedi army were sent out to battle against the Dark Side of the Force. Joe’s Dad made a film about it, and you can see me and even my Dad disguised as Darth Vader.

You can watch the film here

A dancing piano

February 21st, 2007

Click to launch video (AVI format)I’ve just been on holiday to visit Yaya and Yoyo in Valencia. We did loads of things while we were there, including visiting the Octubre centre where I sat on a piano as it danced about the room playing a tune. Click on the picture on the left to see me in action (AVI format, 17MB).

Superhero update

December 28th, 2006

There’s been a lot of superhero activity lately. The leader of the goodies is SuperEben, accompanied by other heroes such as SuperJoe, Tigerman and Jungleman. Meanwhile, the baddies are led by the evil Hookmaster, and also have Gooeater (made entirely of goo), Shoeeater (who attacks foes with a stinky smell of shoes), and Lucky Duck (not actually a duck, just a humanoid who’s very good at ducking).

The baddies also feature Crocodileeater and Plugeater, but these should be countered by new additions to the goodie side: SuperEben’s wife SuperRosie has recently given birth to twins. The supercouple have named the new arrivals SuperGoggles and SuperGemma. Congratulations!

No, I’m Sportacus

October 22nd, 2006

Earlier this month my friend Jacob had a Lazytown party. I went as Sportacus, Mum went as Pixel and Dad went as Robbie Rotten. Here are some photos.

Lazytown family (plus my friend Matthew) I'm Sportacus! OMG, Robbie's about to eat that poor baby!
